We finished this small home for an investor couple out of Weaverville NC. They have it up for sale (photo shown) and several other lots available for construction. This is about 5 minutes to the new North Asheville Wal-Mart, and about 2 minutes from the quaint little Town of Weaverville North Carolina. About 12 minutes to Downtown Asheville! In this situation, the investor wanted to stay with a small footprint, build a daylight basement (one or more sides exposed), and have an A-Frame/Cape Style 3rd Floor with living area built in. The Manager today was serving very promptly, with a smile, and with purpose behind her service. Watched her work for 4 minutes and she jammed!

With the new Super Wal-Mart opening in Weaverville North Carolina, McDonalds is almost obligated to "hook us up" with one of those new McCafe's. I mean they are putting one in Old Fort, 5 in Asheville, and several in other areas, but nothing out here. We want the better, healthier stuff too Ronald. Please consider. Weaverville Ingles expands expecting Wal-Mart to explode

Bob Ingle has his sights focused on getting this Weaverville Commons Ingles up to par to match the new Super Wal-Mart and Lowe's being constructed less than a mile away. You can see the new addition that D. Michael Ward Construction out of Asheville is working on, and several other structures. Weaverville North Carolina is a little bit north of Asheville and the perfect suburb community, not too little anymore... after all of this.

North Asheville Wal-Mart Coming Soon

Here is a quick pic of the new Wal-Mart that is under construction in Weaverville North Carolina. The Lowe's building is also under construction to the left of this photo and will be completed first (or so it seems). As soon as Wal-Mart opens, this whole Weaverville area will change, mostly for the better. Most locals are excited, but there is always that group that is against anything changing. This is about 10% of the community which is pretty good considering some of the other places that Wal-Mart tried to go and got "booted".
